As an artist I value and practice depiction of feelings and thoughts. I want to make work that makes people move from within, deeper than just aesthetic. For that reason I am illustrating some of my journal entries that are coming from my personal writing but can be universally applicable. My goal is to touch a part of people that is lost during the hustle of our modern lives.
Life moves on with ever changing emotions, experiences and views. Change reveals what stays the same. It is all a part of growing up, and you never stop growing up. As long as we know the shape of our soul, all will be alright.

The process starts with flipping through my journal and seeing what entry that I allign with. Then comes thumbnailing in my sketchbook.
I silkscreen my line work to achieve that graphic clean lines.

Once printed, I test out my color palette. I do almost all the work with gouache, and with colored pencils touches.
